Our Help to Claim team deals with those claiming Universal Credit for the first time.
On Thursday 1st December our Help to Claim team welcomed two representatives from national Citizens Advice who wanted to see how the team worked as well as getting a better understanding of any issues faced on a daily basis.
It was good to meet the two representatives who took a great interest in the team and how we operate. They took away some valuable information and gained experience from it.
