The last year has been very difficult for everyone. We have had to close offices and deliver our services via alternative channels.
Volunteers have always been at the heart of Citizens Advice County Durham and are a vital part of how we deliver our services to the people in our County. Volunteers’ dedication, flexibility and resilience enable us to respond to the thousands of people needing our help.
It gives us immense pleasure to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all of our volunteers, without you we wouldn’t be where we are today and your commitment, knowledge and expertise has never been needed more.
We hope you enjoy this special week.
